Article 1, Section 7, Paragraph 1
All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.
So What Happened?
Taxation no longer originates from a friend of the people. Instead, some vague and seemingly unresponsive "foreign" power (our US Representatives) seems to arbitrarily impose sanctions against the United States Citizens. Matters are made worse with the collection of the taxes. A cumbersome and confusing form is required each year by this ambiguous "government." When the form is considered incorrect, late, or if it never arrived; a huge investigation is begun into every detail of your life currently and often into past years.
If this does not please the "secret" power, subversive means are used to outright take the taxes, including the freezing of bank accounts, the attachment of wages, and the auctioning off of one’s property.
This is not sanctioned by the Constitution but is a method used in Socialistic and Communistic countries.
Our country does not have Senators who are there to keep federal power limited and the right of states protected. The President is no longer represented by his Vice President in controlling the Senate agenda.
Instead, our government is inundated in politics and power wars. The people are forgotten, the rules of office have been abandoned. Our government is in a frightful state.
As a result taxation has gotten out of control. The only thing stemming the tide of a revolt is the ambiguous decision of who we should fight! Any action is also sure to bring out the military, and a psychological warfare has been waged against any citizen who would dare to take up arms and defend his rights and freedoms. There is so much finger pointing and passing of responsibility that almost all bureaucratic agencies need to be fired before things can be restored.
Another problem is the ever increasing spying on citizens to find anyone who might plan action against the government.
