Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.
So what happened?
Rules are only as good as the ones that are to follow them, coupled with the ones who enforce them.
Our bodies are only as healthy as our immune system is strong and functioning properly. When the defenses fail to ward off invaders that are present to disrupt health, the body fails to function properly and we become ill.
The great Federal Houses of our Country have become influenced by political correctness, humanism, immorality and several other harmful and disruptive hosts.
Anyone that would hope to set up defenses against such unqualified members is seen as trouble-makers and disruptive to the status quo.
This means that corruption has prevailed, and the “immune system” of protection has been almost completely defeated. The Houses thus operate in a very sickly and vulnerable state.
The longer sin and corruption is allowed to keep a foothold, the worse the cancer becomes. Death is the inevitable result.
