Article 1, Section 4, Paragraph 2
The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December,* unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.
So What Happened?
We have overpaid Congress and its members. We have allowed them to create a massive fortress around themselves with almost unlimited power. We have treated them as kings instead of servants. We have granted them free reign and power. We have asked them to meet as much as possible to consider making laws that should never be considered.
In order to bring things back to the intended system, government would have to be restarted. We would not be able to get our current out-of-control leaders to voluntarily release their clutch on prestige, power, and money to get real jobs and repeal unconstitutional laws and benefits.
We have forgotten the deplorable state of life in England, and instead of remaining opposed to it, we have adopted their ways as our own.
Anything we can do to legally hinder the expansion of Congress, and actually peel it back to its former status will save our Country.
