When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.

God’s Kingdom will have eternal leaders who do not vacate their post!
A rule in life is that people abandon their responsibilities due to sickness, crime, lack of desire, and death. Such allowances must be considered today.
However, it is the purpose of this paper to examine the validity of such statements for use in the Millennium and beyond.
It is unperceivable that vacancies will ever happen.
There will not be sickness, crime, aging, and death. In fact God will wipe away all tears, and eradicate pain
Revelation 21:4, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
The future leadership of this earth will be of the Saints who have eternal life and who have overcome the world.
Revelation 1:5-6, "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."
In fact, the one who keeps His works to the end is promised power over the nations.
Revelation 2:26, "And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:"
The overcomer is promised a chance to sit on the Lord Jesus’ throne, as Jesus overcame and sits on the Father’s Throne
Revelation 3:21, "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne."
Lastly, the overcomer is promised an inheritance of all things, and the rite of son-ship.
Revelation 21:7, "He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son."
With tried and proven leadership, developed under severe and extreme conditions, the world is going to be a wonderful and safe place. Vacancies will not happen.
